1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777cbc" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 777cbc online gaming platform accessible at 777cbc.org and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 777cbc platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 777cbc platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a Player's 777cbc account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds where specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player by 777cbc under any promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by 777cbc before processing any withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the 777cbc platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity listed under Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, representative, or professional player acting for a third party;

• You have not previously had an account permanently closed by 777cbc for violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of an employee or contractor of 777cbc or any of its game providers, software suppliers, or affiliated companies.

777cbc reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 777cbc platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid email address solely under your control;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number;
• Your current residential address in Pakistan.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777cbc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 777cbc immediately at support@777cbc.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 777cbc will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the 777cbc platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777cbc does not charge platform-level transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500;
• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Transfer;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly;
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–4 business hours to reflect in your account balance;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500;
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 1–4 hours of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 4–12 business hours;
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational requirements;
• 777cbc reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777cbc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, PSL betting promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account;
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion;
• Casino slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live dealer games and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate;
• Sports betting free bets must be used as a single stake on a market with minimum odds of 1.80 unless stated otherwise;
• 777cbc reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel a Player's participation in a promotion if abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is detected;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Withdrawing real-money funds while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of all remaining bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 777cbc, including cricket betting, PSL markets, international tournaments, and any other sports markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation;
• Bets confirmed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at the in-play odds displayed at the time of confirmation;
• 777cbc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already concluded at the time of placement, regardless of the displayed odds;
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or cancellation, 777cbc's official settlement rules for the relevant sport shall apply. Generally, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event has reached a defined point of completion;
• Maximum winnings per single bet are subject to per-market limits as displayed in the relevant betting interface;
• 777cbc reserves the right to limit the stake size or restrict betting access for any individual Player account at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason;
• All PSL match markets are settled in accordance with official DRS (Decision Review System) outcomes and the Pakistan Cricket Board's official results.

8. Casino Games & RNG Integrity

All casino games available on the 777cbc platform — including video slots, live dealer titles, table games, and instant win games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The outcome of all random number generator (RNG) based games is determined independently of 777cbc by certified software.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cbc platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 777cbc;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or platform feature for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other form of fraud or dishonest conduct;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, third-party funding arrangements, or coordinated staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the 777cbc platform or its underlying technology;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 777cbc staff or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cbc platform — including but not limited to the 777cbc brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777cbc or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777cbc platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of 777cbc's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cbc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from any platform downtime, technical fault, or game malfunction;
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to protect their login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory requirements;
• Any loss or damage arising from the Player's reliance on information, content, or functionality provided by third-party game suppliers.

In all cases, 777cbc's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

777cbc is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Responsible Gaming

14. Account Closure & Termination

Players may close their 777cbc account at any time by contacting support at support@777cbc.org. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigation is pending. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

777cbc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The Player's account fails to pass KYC verification;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity is detected;
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to 777cbc.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777cbc holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 777cbc platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 777cbc's internal complaints procedure.

To lodge a formal complaint, Players must submit a written description of the dispute to support@777cbc.org. 777cbc will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body associated with 777cbc's gaming licence authority.

16. Amendments to These Terms

777cbc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except that material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
